Living, Forgetting You
By Rose Bence
I forget you when I’m alone
My mind is erased of your caress
Of your kisses upon my neck
Of your chuckles
Forgetting for health
Temporary amnesia perhaps
But when the lights go down
And the bed sheets warm against my skin
I remember that half the bed is cold
No arm about my waist
No, you, whispering
Asking if I’m asleep.
Wow! This is so beautiful! May I re-blog it? 🙂
